Kort

Je hebt geen account nodig en wij hebben geen server. Wij ontvangen en bewaren geen persoonsgegevens van jou.
Je voortgang staat alleen op je eigen toestel.
Advertenties zie je alleen als je daar zelf voor kiest (in ruil voor een beloning). Die komen van Google AdMob, en Google verwerkt daarbij gegevens.
Aanmelden bij Google Play Games is optioneel.

Wat de app op je toestel bewaart

Voortgang en sterren, een half gespeeld level, instellingen, je saldo vuurvliegjes en gekochte skins. Deze gegevens verlaten je toestel niet via ons. Als je in Android back-ups hebt aanstaan, kan Android ze meenemen in de back-up van je eigen Google-account. Je wist alles door de app-gegevens te wissen of de app te verwijderen.

Wanneer de app internet gebruikt

Datum van de dagpuzzel. Om te voorkomen dat de dagpuzzel te beïnvloeden is door de klok te verzetten, vraagt de app de tijd op bij Android of doet hij een kort verzoek aan een server van Google. Daarbij wordt, zoals bij elk internetverzoek, je IP-adres zichtbaar voor Google. Er gaat geen andere informatie mee.

Advertenties (Google AdMob). Kies je ervoor een advertentie te bekijken, dan laadt de app die via Google AdMob. Google verzamelt daarbij onder meer: je IP-adres (waaruit een globale locatie kan worden afgeleid), de advertentie-ID en app-set-ID van je toestel, je interacties met de advertentie, en diagnostische gegevens. Google gebruikt dit voor het tonen van advertenties, voor analyse en om fraude tegen te gaan. In de Europese Economische Ruimte, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Zwitserland vraagt de app eerst je toestemming; zonder toestemming krijg je alleen niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties. Je keuze kun je altijd aanpassen via Instellingen → Privacy-opties in de app. Je advertentie-ID kun je resetten of verwijderen in de instellingen van Android.

Google Play Games (optioneel). Meld je je aan, dan verwerkt Google je Play Games-speler-ID, je scores op ranglijsten en je prestaties. Andere spelers kunnen je naam en score zien, afhankelijk van je eigen Play Games-instellingen. Je beheert of verwijdert deze gegevens in de Play Games-app.

Aankopen. Betalingen lopen volledig via Google Play. Wij krijgen geen betaalgegevens te zien, alleen een bevestiging dat de aankoop is gedaan.

Grondslag

Voor het laten werken van het spel: uitvoering van de overeenkomst en ons gerechtvaardigd belang (een eerlijke dagpuzzel). Voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties: jouw toestemming, die je altijd kunt intrekken.

Doorgifte buiten de EU

Google kan gegevens buiten de Europese Unie verwerken. Google hanteert daarvoor onder meer het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework en modelcontractbepalingen.

Kinderen

Het spel is niet gericht op kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen.

Jouw rechten

Je hebt onder de AVG recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid. Omdat wij zelf geen gegevens van je hebben, kun je die rechten voor advertenties en Play Games uitoefenen bij Google (https://myaccount.google.com). Vragen beantwoord ik graag via info@gereed3d.nl. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Wijzigingen

Als de app verandert, passen wij deze verklaring aan. De datum bovenaan laat zien wanneer dat voor het laatst is gebeurd.

In short

You need no account and we run no server. We do not receive or store any personal data about you.
Your progress lives only on your own device.
You only see ads when you choose to (in return for a reward). They are served by Google AdMob, and Google processes data to do so.
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional.

What the app stores on your device

Progress and stars, a level in progress, settings, your firefly balance and purchased skins. This data does not leave your device through us. If Android backups are enabled, Android may include it in the backup of your own Google account. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes everything.

When the app uses the internet

Date of the daily puzzle. To stop the daily puzzle from being manipulated by changing the clock, the app asks Android for network time or makes a short request to a Google server. As with any internet request, your IP address is visible to Google. No other information is sent.

Ads (Google AdMob). If you choose to watch an ad, the app loads it through Google AdMob. Google collects, among other things: your IP address (from which a general location may be derived), your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your interactions with the ad, and diagnostic information. Google uses this to serve ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent first; without consent you only get non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy options in the app. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's settings.

Google Play Games (optional). If you sign in, Google processes your Play Games player ID, your leaderboard scores and your achievements. Other players may see your name and score, depending on your own Play Games settings. You manage or delete this data in the Play Games app.

Purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see payment details, only a confirmation that a purchase was made.

Legal basis

For running the game: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest (a fair daily puzzle). For personalized ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data outside the European Union, relying among other things on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Because we hold no data about you ourselves, you exercise these rights for ads and Play Games with Google (https://myaccount.google.com). I am happy to answer questions at info@gereed3d.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes

When the app changes, we update this policy. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
